Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Obtaining appropriate customer consent when required, including for call recording where required by state law

Soperant may generate estimates, recommendations, summaries, and other content using artificial intelligence.

Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before sending them to customers.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Soperant is provided on an "as-is" basis. Soperant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
